Orders

We process all orders through Paypal, which is an easy and secure method of payment. Through Paypal, we can accept payment by credit card or Paypal account. For other methods of payment please contact us.

Shipping

We ship all orders via Canada Post. You should receive your order within two weeks of the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the USA through our online store. For all other countries please send us an email with your order and we will be happy to calculate the shipping fees for you.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email to arrange a return. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned unworn or unopened and in their original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pattern Sales

Please note that all pattern sales are final and non-refundable. Patterns are published in PDF format and you must have Adobe Reader to view the pattern. To download your free copy, click on the button below.
