A knitting pattern by Debbie Sullivan
Named for Frontenac County in Eastern Ontario, these gloves are designed with cold Canadian winters in mind. They are knit in our Andante superwash merino, using a smaller needle size than is usual for a worsted weight yarn in order to create a dense fabric that will block the wind and keep your fingers cozy.
There is something very satisfying about creating a perfectly-fitted glove, so this pattern includes three sizes for palm circumferences from 7–9¼". The two different cable patterns used to give these gloves texture are easily memorized, and are given in both written and chart form.

Keep your neck toasty warm with this thick and squishy scarf knit in Andante. The reversible cables create a scarf which looks the same from both sides so it can be worn however you like without worrying about the wrong side showing.
The cable patterns are given in both written and chart form, making this scarf pattern a good introduction to knitting reversible cables.Skill Level: Intermediate

A knitting pattern by Margaret Sullivan
A simple zig zag stitch pattern makes these socks interesting to knit, while still plain enough for most men to happily wear. Although this design is sized specifically for men, the design is truly unisex and would work just as well for women. The sock pattern is worked from the top down and includes 5 sizes, to fit a foot circumference from 8-12". For women's sizing, simply go down one or two sizes and adjust the length to fit your foot.
