Shipping within Canada
- We offer $12 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 CAD, and $9 flat rate shipping for orders over $100 CAD.
- We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $200 CAD.
- All flat rate and free shipping options include tracking
- Skill Builder Box and Beyond Merino yarn club subscriptions: Shipping for our bi-monthly yarn club boxes is $10 CAD/box. All subscription boxes will be shipped with tracking.
- Colour Wheel Adventures yarn club subscriptions: Shipping for our monthly yarn club boxes is free when sent as untracked oversized lettermail. If you wish to upgrade to tracked shipping, please contact us before subscribing.
Shipping to the USA - updated October 2025
- All orders to the US are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and no tariffs or duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery.
- We're now shipping most of our products to the US again, hooray! The majority of our yarns are tariff-free under CUSMA, while some yarns spun in Peru or Italy are subject to a 10-15% tariff. We've added notes to each product page to indicate when these tariffs have been added into the price of the yarn.
- There are still some items (mainly knitting needles and books) that are currently not available to ship to US addresses. If you're looking for something in particular, please contact us and we can give you an estimate of when it will be available.
- Please note that although cross-border shipping has resumed, the systems in place to manage the new regulations are very new and we're still experiencing delays, so your order may take longer to arrive than usual. We appreciate your patience and support!
- We offer $9 USD flat rate shipping for orders under $75 USD, and $7 USD flat rate shipping for orders over $75 USD.
- We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $150 USD.

International Shipping
- Shipping charges for international destinations are calculated according to Canada Post's shipping rates.
Delivery Time
- All packages will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or other courier service. Please contact us before placing your order if you would prefer us to use a particular service.
- Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If you're in a hurry to get your yarn, please contact us and we'll confirm if we're able to ship your order sooner so you can cast on right away!
- If an item you ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fill your order within this time frame for any other reason, we will contact you by email.
- In general you should receive your order within one to two weeks of the date you receive your shipping confirmation email. Overseas orders may take longer depending on which shipping option you choose.
Studio Pickup
If you're in the Montreal area, you have the option to pick up your order at the Sweet Paprika studio to save the shipping charges. Our studio is located in St-Henri at 137 Saint-Ferdinand, Suite 223.
We're on the second floor; if you have mobility difficulties or are unable to climb the stairs for any reason we will be happy to bring your order to the front entrance.
Our studio is open by appointment only. You can contact us in advance by phone or email to arrange a time for pick up, or we will reach out by email to schedule a time after you place your order.
