Holiday Shipping Notice
We ship all orders from Montreal, Canada. Please see below for recommended shipping deadlines from Canada Post if you wish to receive an order before December 25th.
Holiday Shipping deadlines
Within Canada:
- Local: Dec 20
- Regional: Dec 18-20
- National: Dec 12-19
To USA:
- Expedited Parcel: Dec 13
- Xpresspost: Dec 15
Our last shipping date before the Christmas holiday will be Wednesday Dec 20, 2023.
All orders for physical items (yarn, kits, books, etc) placed on or after Dec 21, 2023 will ship Jan 4, 2024. Orders for gift cards and PDF downloads will continue to be delivered via email as normal.
Local Pickup
Our last date for local pick up in our St-Henri studio is 3pm on Wednesday Dec 20, 2023. If you choose the local pickup option we will contact you by email to arrange a time for you to pick up your order.
