Needles and notions
US 6 (4 mm) and US 8 (5mm) 24"/60cm circular needles, stitch markers, tapestry needle, sharp scissors + additional materials for reinforcing your steek, depending on which method you choose (felting needle and board, or crochet hook or needle and strong thin yarn)
Gauge
21 sts and 27 rnds = 4" (10cm) with larger needles in stranded colourwork in the round, after blocking
